Michelle has been such a delight to deal and work with in promoting, marketing and selling our house. After listing with several other agents in the market place it was Michelle who was able to sell our house and put a SOLD sign up. Michelle has done an absolute fantastic job. She was always prompt for open homes, well organised, friendly and you could tell that everyone who came through the open home loved talking and dealing with Michelle as she was always so helpful and responded to questions quickly and efficiently. Being new to New Zealand and having no experience in buying a house and all the parameters involved, we were quite vulnerable when we started our house search. After seeing a number of estate agents who promised us the earth, we met Michelle Baya at an open home in October 2011. Michelle can be quite insistent at times, and can be a bit emotional about the process, but she puts her ALL into her clients and helping them to make the right decision. We were made to feel like family and that she had our best interests at heart. We finally chose a home that Michelle presented to us in December 2011. We walked in and fell in love with the place immediately. She guided us through all the documentation and checks needed with a smile on her face. Nothing is too much for Michelle, she worked late at night and often beyond the call of duty to help us. We highly recommend Michelle as a competent, professional and reliable Estate Agent. She is passionate about the industry and her enthusiasm is contagious.
